Superb Sushi had it's beginning in March 2003 as it opened in the Crane Creek Market located on Bogus Basin Road. Business was brisk from the day we opened, with a loyal customer base, which is still growing everyday. (We are inside Lu LU's pizza next door to Ridleys Market.)

We constantly had our customers asking us when we would open a "restaurant where they could sit and be served the best sushi in Boise". And so Superb Sushi Downtown was born. We opened in September 2005 in the lower level of the Idaho Building below Thomas Hammer Coffee and the Coldstone Creamery on the corner of 8th and Bannock streets. We are being discovered everyday, as we are a rare Gem, hard to find, but so worth it once you do!!!

We are open for lunch Monday through Friday 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM, and are currently serving dinner Monday thru Saturday evenings from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM with a complete beer, wine and sake menu. (see Menu). The setting is an awesome outdoor courtyard, which is open in the warmer weather as well as seating in a heated tropical glass atrium full of plants with a Caribbean flair.

Sushi classes are held every 6-8 weeks or so, (see link), and we also hold Corporate as well as private bookings on the nights we are closed, depending on availability.

If you have 15 or more people (with a maximum of 35), we can do a private party right here in our restaurant. (Birthday Party, Wedding Reception, Private Sushi Class, whatever!!!) Just let us know what you are looking to do, and chances are we can accommodate you!!!
