The setting is very tropical in a beautiful glass Atrium in the historic Idaho Building in the heart of downtown Boise, Idaho.

Typically, this first consists of a "Cocktail hour" where our waitresses serve you premium beer, wine and Sake. During this hour, the sushi chefs (Up to three depending on the size of your party) serve some very unique appetizers followed by three separate servings of our unique sushi items from the menu.

This give's you time to relax and enjoy some incredible food and spirit, and also ask any questions you might have for the chefs.

Then the REAL fun begins!! You have the opportunity to come up and "Roll your own" right beside the chefs. We are there to give you expert instruction on how to help you roll!!!

Note: Sushi classes are $55 per person, which includes everything! To sign up for the class we need to know a few things: How many in your party and a contact phone number. We will also need a credit card number along with expiration date to hold your space!! You can call us at Superb Sushi Downtown, 385-0123 or 629-6046 to get us that info. There is a 7 day cancelllation policy. Please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event at either 385-0123 or 629-6046 if you cannot attend. If not, your card will be credited the full amount of the class. Trust us, it's a lot more fun if you come!!!
